Cala Tuent is a beautiful beach located in the Sierra Tramuntana (UNESCO World Heritage Site) close to the famous beach of Sa Calobra and Torrent de Pareis. As public transport does not reach this beach it is more empty than its neighbor Sa Calobra. Access by car is also complicated since the road is very steep and with many curves, but with beautiful views of the Sierra Tramuntana.
Cala Tuent is also well visited by cyclists and climbers who appreciate the nature of the trails and roads to the beach. Its crystal clear waters are perfect for those who like to swim and snorkel. This beach is not very family friendly as it has no amenities, the water gets quickly deep, the sand is made of stones and gravel and the road is full of curves.
For those who like to relax in a secluded place with few people, it is the ideal beach. An interesting fact is that as the beach has some olive trees and sometimes is possible to find olives floating in the water. Goats are also often seen on the beach.
